Hajimari no Uta is the fourth album released by ikimono-gakari. It is their first album to come in both a limited CD+DVD format and a regular CD-only format. Track #8, "Cosmos", is a self-cover of the same-named track from their debut indie mini-album, Makoto ni Senetsu Nagara First Album wo Koshiraemashita.... The CD+DVD edition came housed in a deluxe box with a 24-page booklet containing pictures from 1999 to 2009, and the DVD contains footage from the final performance of band's tour ikimono-gakari no Minna-san, Konnitour!! 2009 ~My song Your song~ at Shibuya C.C. Information

ikimono-bakari ~Members BEST Selection~ is the first best album released by ikimono-gakari. It was released in two versions: a limited 2CD+DVD edition and a regular 2CD edition. The limited edition came housed in a special box with a double-sided ikimono-land/member poster, an ikimono-land card, an ikimono-land sticker, two ikimono-land postcards, ikimono-card 021, and an application card to enter a lottery for ikimono-gakari goods, while the first press of the regular edition came with ikimono-card 021. Three new songs were included on the album, "Ima Hashiridaseba", "Spirits", and "Kaze to Mirai".The DVD contains the 115-minute documentary "ikiiki TV", featuring member commentary on all the songs.

The album was certified million by the Recording Industry Association of Japan for a shipment of one million copies.[1] To commemorate this achievement, a limited 2CD winter jacket edition was shipped out between December 17, 2010 and January 2011.[2]
